Orchid Management Solutions provides specialized accounting and financial support services for community associations throughout South Florida. Since 2010, the firm has focused on helping condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations maintain clear, accurate financial records and reporting.
Many association boards struggle with financial reports that are difficult to understand or that do not provide the information needed to make sound decisions. Orchid Management Solutions was established to address this challenge by providing transparent, well-organized financial reporting designed specifically for community associations.
By focusing exclusively on association accounting and consulting services, Orchid helps board members gain a clearer understanding of their community’s financial position and meet the financial reporting requirements expected of Florida associations.

Leadership
Steven Danzinger
Steven Danzinger leads Orchid Management Solutions and brings decades of professional experience to the firm. A licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), Steven also served as a condominium association president, giving him firsthand insight into the responsibilities and challenges faced by volunteer board members.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Florida International University and has managed both condominium and residential communities. He brings more than 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, providing a strong foundation for working closely with association boards and residents.
Since assuming leadership of Orchid Management Solutions in 2016, Steven has continued the firm’s mission of providing reliable financial reporting and practical support to community associations throughout South Florida.
